BUYER PREMIUM: Buyer premium of 18% of hammer price, 3% discount of buyer premium if paying in cash. and any other applicable fee. Wire Transfer is required on all purchases over $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING:
Pick up after the auction or on Sunday BEFORE 1pm

VEHICLES AND OTHER TITLED ITEMS:
. Title and keys will be provided to buyer upon receipt of payment, removal of vehicles will be according to the terms of each auction. both will be added to Buyer invoice. Trailers require registration & plate. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain tags, insurance, shipping, title work from tag office, etc. at their own expense.
DISPUTES:
THE VENUE IS BREVARD COUNTY, FL FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTE, ARBITRATION OR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING. Mediation and or arbitration will be used prior to filing any lawsuit, legal fees are to be paid to the prevailing party.

May Mega Auction. Join us for our first live auction for May. Every Saturday 1PM-4PM we have a live auction, Preview is on Friday 10AM-4PM and Saturday 10AM-1PM. Registration starts at 12PM. This week we have loads of hand tools, power tools and more tools, fishing gear, 100+ Precious Moments, jewelry, coins, Sterling Silver, Dolls, WWI and WWII items, vintage furniture, new furniture, over 100 box lots, art, an almost new gas grill, ladders, lanterns, Car dolly, collectibles. Don't miss this one, most of these items are sold absolute, no reserve. We will announce during the auction if a lot has a reserve.
