This is not a typical estate sale. A family member is still living in the home and is selling her mother's things. The sale is confined to a few rooms. There are none of the usual household, kitchen or garage items. Nothing outdoors is for sale.

Sunday everything will be half price.

No tickets will be given. First person to arrive starts a sign up sheet. We will honor the sign up sheet.
