9. Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale. To inquire about a specific item, please call the sale’s phone number listed in the advertisement and/or 708-995-7746 and our team will be happy to confirm availability and pricing.
12. On discount days, some restrictions may apply. We do not retake pictures after the first day so if you are interested in an item on a discount day, you may want to call to confirm an item’s availability.
