• ALL SALES ARE FINAL, where is, as is. CASH & ZELLE
• NO BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED INSIDE HOUSE, MUST LEAVE IN CAR!
• PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR RIGHT OF WAY!!!!!
• We are required to charge sales tax on most items.
• Dealers must bring a copy of 2025 tax exempt certificate
• If you make a pile you buy it all or nothing… no exceptions…

You break, you buy! Estate Sales of South Florida is not responsible for any accidents. Please be careful and watch your step at all times.
We welcome Presales for specific items only at full price based upon availability, no over phone sales, all sales cash in person. We try to update our photos if items are sold or removed by a family member prior to sale date, so if you are coming for something specific feel free to contact me to see if the item is still available. If you make a pile of items, you are responsible for breakage and must be prepared to pay full asking price for all items. Otherwise, you must negotiate prices before holding the item.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING MATERIALS AND MOVING ALL HEAVY ITEMS! WE DO NOT PROVIDE HELP MOVING ITEMS! All sales are final and please CASH & ZELLE ONLY!
