Tenants are moving and have amazing furniture, home decorations, along with Christmas decorations, electronics and kitchenware. This will be by appointment only. Home is located in the Arbours off Gately Drive West. Due to estate sale restrictions in the community, appointments are necessary. There will NOT be multiple appointments at once. You will have your OWN PRIVATE SHOPPING TIME SLOT. THE SALE APPOINTMENT DATES ARE SUNDAY - THURSDAY (10/19-10/23), early morning 8am-7pm appointments. You and whomever you bring will be the only ones shopping. The furniture is in great shape. You MUST bring your own help. We do not assist nor lift any furniture that is being sold.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Credit/Debit (there is a 3% fee). Venmo and Zelle are FREE to use. Appointments will begin all day on Sunday, the 19th, and continue during the week. We will indicate items being sold on the website, so check often. Please feel free to call or text message or email for appointment time and indicate what you have an interest in.
