• Everything is sold as is/where is, so please inspect items prior to purchase; and we do not offer a refund or exchange.
• The driveway is for pickup only.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entrance to anyone.
• NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE.
• We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
• 2nd Day: 40-50% off after 12:00.
• Owner has the right to remove any items from the sale, even if advertised.
• All items sold as-is and all sales are final, no returns and no exchanges.
• If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
• Children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times, are NOT allowed to run and play in the home and are NOT allowed to handle items before they have been purchased. Parents are responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
• Bring help and your own tools to disassemble and/or load large items. We do not have staff available to load purchased items.
• Neither Good Find Estate Sales nor the owner of the property are responsible for accidents, personal injury, damages or loss to your personal items.
