The following are our rules & regulations:

1) There are NO returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. ALL sales are final.
2) We accept Cash, Credit, Venmo or Apple Pay.
3) Sales tax will be charged on all purchases - including cash purchases.
4) We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item to which you are referring. Also, please leave a message regarding the item - that way we can research prior to contacting you.
5) Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees cannot assist you in moving, loading or delivering anything out of the house due to workers comp. laws. We do have a company (ies) that we can refer you to; however, they are not affiliated with us in any way.
6) Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways, mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please DO NOT park on any lawns.
7) Neither SAVVY Estate Sales, LLC or the homeowner are responsible for any injury you sustain while you are on the premises while the sale is being held.
8) NO large bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.
9) All children are to remain Directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. The parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken from their children.
