Also, bring help to move the heavy stuff! I try and not sweat at my sales.
Bring packing materials for fragile thingies. This sale has tons of fragile stuff.
*Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect all items prior to leaving the premises. Although we try to check all items, we ask that you plug an item in to ensure it works.

Ask about placing bids on larger items (if available)
Quantum Estate sales and the property owners assume no liability for any loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
As a reminder, shoplifters will be prosecuted and/or tied up with duck tape until police arrive! Premises may be videotaped and / or photographed.
While we work to price every item, Lavon will gladly assist you if a price tag is missing.

My Estate Sales family, we had so much left at the end of this sale, we decided to do phase 2 of the sale. Come see us!
Ok folks, I can attract some interesting sales. This one came from a friend who does Estate Sales but doesn’t like the hoarders. We love us some hoarders. To give you insight on this very creative guy, he was famous for filling his yard with smartly dressed skeletons at Halloween. And based on the multiple storage areas, he went crazy decorating for every holiday. And he was into celebrating life with major parties. There are enough serving dishes and glassware to make a caterer blush. This house is tight so be early to get in first. A small listing of treasures is below. But check photos and come see us cause words can’t describe this one.

Designer Purses : Coach, Alexis Bendal, Dooney and Bourke, several Brahmin. Most are new
Serving utensils along with huge serving bowls, platters, trays and large plates.

We have servings platters for everything from turkeys to pickles to candy to cassaroles to, you get the point.
Stereo equipment
Men’s clothes including jeans, shoes, shirts and T-shirts. He was a tall guy. His jeans are 36/34 and most of the shirts are extra large
Decantors. Why one needs over 12 decanters makes me think how much of alcohol went through this home over the years.
Wedding dresses!! I kid you not. I have like a dozen.
Prom dresses. These are stunning and probably a little vintage.
