Cash, Venmo, and Cash App only No Credit or Debit cards. Bring help to load or move items. Bring any materials needed to wrap or protect items purchased. All bags, boxes, or items used to carry items are subject to being searched at check out. All items must be removed by end of each day. Will not hold items without payment. Not responsible for accidents. Enter at own risk, shopper/buyer assumes all risk. You break it you buy it. There will be 2 entry points. Front door for main level and rear lower door for basement entry. No access to main level or basement from inside the home. Numbers will be given out on Friday only from 7a till 7:30 am prior to sale, must be present to receive number.
- No parking in driveway. Be courteous to neighbors . Do not block other driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants. You park at your own risk.
