This will be a lovely sale with some unique antiques, collectables, original artwork by local gallery artist Fran Scher and much more!

**THIS IS A BIG SALE IN A SMALL SPACE!**
This sale will be held in the lower level of a home still occupied by its owners.
Please follow the yellow arrows and signage through the yard to access the lower level entrance.
Please do not attempt to enter through the front door or garage.
You will need to walk through the yard, so this sale may not be ideal for shoppers with mobility issues.
The space is limited and packed tight! We will be limiting the number of shoppers allowed in the space at one time.
Please be patient and respectful should you decide to wait in line. It'll be worth the wait!
There are lots of wonderful treasures that will make it worth your wait!!
