Please read the rules of our sales so that the experience is positive for everyone!!!

1. ⌚️Occasionally our sales may be by appointment only. We will post a sign-up page with appointment times and sale address prior to the sale here on EstateSales.net and allow sign up via SignUp Genius.

2. ����We do not allow large bags, large purses, or backpacks. We DO, however, provide a shopping basket for your convenience!

3. ��No strollers, no babies, or small children due to safety concerns. There is/are glassware, metal items, and antiques at the sales which make navigation through the premises a bit tricky at times. Our sales are for individuals age 12 and up. Anyone age 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult/parent/family member over the age of 18 and must stay TOGETHER on the premises. No exceptions.

4. ��No making “piles" please as navigation in homes may be tricky. Making piles to sort through prevents other buyers from purchasing items they are interested in and takes sellable items from active inventory (not to mention causes walking hazards). We provide a shopping basket if you so choose in order to avoid piles. Fragile items you wish to purchase may be left at the checkout table with your name (we will attach).

5. We do not allow personal stickers with an individual's initials or "sold" to be placed on ANY item by a customer. A representative of SSE will complete that task for the customer after an item is purchased. The individual who pays for the item FIRST is the individual who may claim that item.

6. ����No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping allowed at any sale.

7. We do not presell items unless they are very large and require breakdown and transport which we try to avoid during an active sale (such as a billiards table, custom stove, etc). Please message us with questions.

8. ��️No “camping out” on the premises of sale at any time.

9. ��Parking will be limited at sales. Please be aware of neighbor's driveways and mailboxes so as not to block them. Thank you!

10. ��Trespassing on sale property prior to or after sale is forbidden unless you are currently present for shopping during sale hours.

11. ��Items MUST be removed the day they are purchased. We do not provide moving or loading services. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. However, we do have a gentleman who will move and deliver furniture and items for a fee which he sets with consideration to size of items and distance. Please be prepared to move/remove large items same day as they are purchased. If large item is purchased and not moved/picked up from property same day of sale (unless otherwise arranged in writing with seller), item will be donated to charity post-sale and refunds will not be issued.

12. ��We accept cash, Venmo, Visa and Mastercard via Square app. We DO collect sales tax.

13. ��������When attending our sales please do NOT leave children or pets alone in cars.

14. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Electrical items may be tested with assistance from employees.

15. ��Shoplifters will be prosecuted!

16. ��No public restrooms on the property.
