• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house.

LOCATION: The house address will be released on the day before the sale begins.

Tell the guard you are here for the estate sale at [the house address].

SPECIAL PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Please park only on Golf Club Way (street that the driveway meets) and only on the side indicated by parking signs. As always, please be courteous to neighbors and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.

JEWELRY: Staff will direct orderly shopping at the jewelry table to minimize crowding and provide you with a positive shopping experience. Leftover jewelry will be sold at our next sale, so daily discounts do not apply to jewelry.

Day 1 RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
