Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accpeted. Please test all items prior to purchasing.
We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served.
Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park.
All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for.
