We CANNOT help load. You MUST have your own help to LOAD. We do NOT have enough help and we also have health issues. Thank you.

1. CASH Only. NO checks. Credit Cards accepted. There is a convenience fee.
2. PLEASE BRING BAGS AND BOXES TO PACK YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.
3. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY 1 pm of THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. You must load on your own. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc. before purchasing.
ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag.
6. You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD FURNITURE.
