Sue Phillips was quite a collector, she lived to be 92. She was a school teacher, was active in her church, and saved EVERYTHING! which is what all collectors and estate sale enthusiasts love to hear because that means that there are hidden treasures to be found! That is exactly what this sale offers! You do not want to miss this one! The house is packed ( not much room to move) so we kindly ask for your patience in advance because there will be some waiting to come inside due to the limited space, as well as a limited area in which to check out. There will be a sign up sheet at the front door the morning of the sale so write your name down - each name needs to have a number beside it, so please remember 2 does not count as 1. You will enter in the order of what number you are.
Back to Ms. Sue, she saved all of her 2 boys toys! There are so many toys and games that are from the 50's, 60's & 70's. She saved a few of her own dolls. Her husband saved 1st Edition Publications, The boys saved Comic Books, Vintage Car Brochures from the 70's. Family items also go back to the Mid 1800's. There is a coin collection, Jewelry, Fine Jewelry dating back to 1800's... There is also Mid Century Furniture and items & Antiques. There is just too much to list so please read below.
