IMPORTANT SALE INFORMATION

Please take a moment to review our sale policies before attending.

• Occasionally, a homeowner may decide to keep or remove an item that was previously photographed or advertised. While this is uncommon, the contents of the sale remain subject to change. We recommend checking the listing again before attending. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Jewelry, watches, coins, weapons and other high value items are never left inside the home overnight. When included in a sale, these items are removed from the property at the end of each sale day.

• The sale address will be released approximately 24 hours before the sale begins. For the privacy and security of our clients, the address will not be provided earlier.

• We are unable to respond to calls, texts, emails, or social media messages requesting prices, measurements, additional information, or early purchases.

• We do not offer presales and cannot hold items. All merchandise is available on a first come, first served basis once the sale opens.

• Top Shelf does not use a manual numbering system for entry. Please line up in the order you arrive and be courteous to the shoppers around you.

• Entry may be limited when necessary based on the size and layout of the home. This allows everyone to shop safely and comfortably.

• Doors and windows may be opened when weather permits to provide additional ventilation.

• Hand sanitation or handwashing stations may be available. Public restrooms are not available for use.

• We accept cash and credit cards. Checks are not accepted. A 3.5% service charge will be added to credit card purchases.

• Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

• All merchandise is sold AS IS. All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or exceptions.

• Please carefully inspect and test items before purchasing and before leaving the sale. Once an item has been purchased and removed, we cannot make adjustments or issue refunds.

• Please bring your own boxes, bags, packing materials, tools, and help. Top Shelf staff cannot pack purchases or assist with moving or loading furniture and other heavy items.

• Buyers are responsible for safely removing their purchases without damaging the home or property. Please plan to remove items on the day they are purchased unless another pickup time has been approved by Top Shelf.
