We accept cash, debit and credit cards. 3% upcharge for credit and debit cards ($10 minimum purchase).

All sales are final. No refunds. Please check all items before you purchase. Bags and paper will be provided. We provide a hold area for all purchases. Items placed in this area are considered sold and payment will be required.

Only park on one side of the road or where designated. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Please be considerate. The driveway is reserved for pick up only.

We are not responsible for any accidents or falls. Please be mindful and careful at all times.

We cannot help move or lift large furniture. Please bring your own blankets, ropes, straps and help to move your purchased items. All items must be picked up by 1:00 PM the last day of the sale.
