It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. All sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Prices are firm unless otherwise stated. The organizers reserve the right to modify prices or remove items from the sale at any time without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods may include cash and electronic payment options such as Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp (depending on availability). No credit card/ debit card or checks accepted. Purchased items must be removed from the property by 10/6/2025. Buyers are solely responsible for the lifting, loading, and transportation of all purchased items. Items not picked up by the deadline may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The premises may be under video surveillance for security purposes, and any theft or suspicious activity will be reported to local authorities. Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the estate sale organizer will be final.
