All Sales Final — No returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Payment — We accept Cash, Credit, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Sales tax applies to all purchases including cash.
Pricing — We do not discuss pricing prior to the sale by phone. Once the sale begins we are happy to answer price inquiries. If leaving a voicemail, please clearly state the sale location and describe the specific item — this helps us research and get back to you promptly.
Loading & Moving — Please come prepared with your own help for moving and loading purchases. Our staff cannot assist due to workers' comp regulations. We are happy to refer you to a moving company if needed — note they are not affiliated with Savvy Estate Sales.
Parking — Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or impede traffic flow. No parking on lawns.
Bags & Purses — Large bags and purses are subject to inspection upon entry.
Children — Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times and may not handle items prior to purchase. Parents are responsible for any items damaged by their children.
Liability — Neither Savvy Estate Sales, LLC nor the homeowner assumes responsibility for any injury sustained on the premises during the sale.
