Several of the larger items in this sale are available for purchase before opening day, including the truck, Infiniti, motorcycles, riding mowers, boat/trailer, and other select large equipment.

These items are available now and may be sold prior to the estate sale. Prices and details are included with the individual photos. Please message us through EstateSales.NET if you are seriously interested in a specific presale item or would like to arrange a time to inspect it.

Presale appointments are for designated large items only and are not an opportunity for early shopping of the rest of the estate.

All presale items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Vehicles, motorcycles, mowers, and other equipment are described to the best of our knowledge, but unless specifically stated otherwise, they have not been mechanically inspected or tested by High Integrity Estate Sales.

No holds without payment. An item remains available until purchased. Once an item has been presold, its photo will be marked SOLD.

All other estate contents will be available when the sale opens Friday.

The property is packed with riding mowers and lawn equipment, motorcycles, a Chevrolet pickup truck, a bass boat with Johnson 85 HP outboard and trailer, fishing rods and reels, marine electronics, ladders, hand and power tools, air compressors, shop equipment, tool storage, yard carts, grills, outdoor furniture, and much more.

There’s plenty for the hobbyist and tinkerer too, including RC airplanes and equipment, automotive and garage items, speakers, musical instruments, and assorted project pieces accumulated over the years.

And it isn’t all in the garage. Inside the home you’ll find furniture, electronics, artwork, decorative pieces, nautical décor, model ships, household goods, and plenty of miscellaneous finds throughout the house.

This is a large, varied sale with a heavy emphasis on tools, equipment, motors, and outdoor hobbies. It’s the sort of place where digging around is half the fun.
