Early Bird Perks
• Raffle Prizes: One $50 and two $25 Amazon gift cards! Shoppers who arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time on the first day and enter their name and email address on the sign in sheet are entered into a raffle. The raffle will be conducted 10 minutes prior to sale time.

● Hold tables are set up near checkout so you can continue shopping.
● Plastic bags are available at checkout.

Purchase Information
• No guarantees, warranties, refunds, or returns. Test items before purchasing. All sales are final.
• We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards except for American Express and Discover.
• We are a licensed GA business: sales tax will be charged on all purchases (exception resale license; Reseller's permit with ID required).
• Grasons is not responsible for and does not offer refunds on purchased items you leave behind.

Safety & Security
• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
● Security cameras are monitored, and you will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting.
