Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before attending our sale. By participating in our estate sale, you agree to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
1. General Terms
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." No warranties or guarantees are provided.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Checks are not accepted.
- Please inspect all items carefully before purchase.
2. Entry and Conduct
- Numbers will be given out starting one hour before the sale begins to manage the order of entry.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the premises at any given time.
- No early birds. Please wait until the sale opens to the public.
- Be respectful of the property, neighbors, other customers, and staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the sale.
-Do not block driveways, park in front of mailboxes, or tread on neighbors properties. Park on one side of the road to allow through traffic.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made in full before removing items from the premises.
- Credit card transactions will incur a processing fee of 3%.
- Sales tax will be added to all purchases as required by law. Resale certificates must be presented for tax exemptions.
4. Removal of Items
- All items purchased must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
- Bring your own help to load large or heavy items. Our staff cannot assist with loading.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the loading and removal process.
5. Pricing and Negotiation
- Prices are firm on the first day of the sale.
- Discounts will be offered on subsequent days, as posted at the sale.
- No haggling or negotiating prices on the first day.
6. Liability
- Charmer’s Estate Services is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property during the sale.
- By attending the sale, you agree to enter at your own risk and waive any liability claims against Charmer’s Estate Services.
7. Security and Surveillance
- For the safety of our staff and customers, the premises may be monitored by security personnel and/or surveillance cameras.
- Shoplifting or vandalism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Hold Policy
- We do not hold items for later purchase. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Children
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Please keep children under close supervision to prevent accidents or damage.
10. Pets
- No pets are allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals.
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected during transactions will be used solely for the purposes of processing payments and will not be shared with third parties.

Join us in Fairburn the weekend of October 10th–12th for an outdoor sale featuring limited edition African American art from Charles Bibbs, William Tolliver, Lee White, Jerry and Terry Lynn, and others. We will also be showcasing an extensive estate jewelry collection with vintage, fashion, and statement pieces—everything from necklaces and brooches to bangles, clip-on earrings, watches, rings, and sterling silver. Jewelry photos will continue to be added as we process inventory.
Shoppers will also find a wide assortment of handbags, including vintage, leather, boho, and designer styles, with many new-with-tags pieces from Coach, Nine West, The Sak, and more. Collectors will enjoy figurines from Lladró, Thomas Blackshear’s Ebony Visions, Brenda Joysmith, Duncan Royal, and Daddy’s Long Legs, along with furniture, home décor, electronics, toys, and seasonal decorations.
Entry & Setup: This is an outdoor sale. Please follow signage and wait at designated spot for opening. We may limit the number of shoppers in the sale area at one time for safety and comfort. There are no public bathrooms on site.
Parking: Be advised, streets are narrow. Park along directed side of street. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or through-traffic. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Thanks!
Discounts: Friday we will be full price, Saturday 25% off, and Sunday 50% off. Discounts do not apply to Charles Bibbs or William Tolliver art. Prices remain firm until discount days. No pricing will be given prior to opening.
Presale:
Select art and furniture is available for presale. Contact us at 813-421-1452 to purchase and schedule pickup. No other items will be available for presale. Any high end jewelry, for security reasons, will not be kept on the premises prior to the event.
