Parking is available on the street only. Please do not park on the driveway or block neighbor's entryways. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ON THE STREET!

Photos will be added as we continue to prepare for the sale, so please check back regularly.

We reserve the right to pre-sale to family and friends, so be sure to check the photos before you come. We will do our best to mark items as sold.

We reserve the right to modify dates and times due to extenuating circumstances.

All sales are final and sold AS IS.

Location of the sale will be published the day before the sale begins.

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to this home, and customers will walk down a fairly steep driveway to the front door.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who is disruptive or mean-spirited.

Please leave backpacks and large handbags in your vehicle. Baskets will be available for shopping.

Items will be “HELD” for a maximum of 30 minutes during a shopping session. After 30 minutes the items will be available for other shoppers to purchase.

Bring your own packing materials and help to load your merchandise.
