PRESALE: To provide fair and equal access to everyone, requests for pre-sales are not honored. However, we welcome inquiries about items that catches your interests. Preferrably, inquiries may be made by email. Please be patient for a response.

DURING SALE: Select your treasures carefully. Your purchases are considered “as is" and final. The company will not "hold" unpaid items for purchase the next day. Forms of payment accepted include cash, mobile payment app such as "CashApp" and “Venmo”, credit and debit cards. Along with proper identification, checks drawn only from local banks will be accepted. Please watch your step when ascending or descending stairs, or when walking on wet or unpaved areas. Not responsible for accidents.

POST SALE: Bring able bodied assistance to load large bulky items. The company will not be held responsible for any damages to your purchase or to your vehicle if we are asked to assist loading items. Bring your own boxes, packing materials and bags to carry home your new found treasures. Not responsible for accidents. Arrangements can be made to pick up your paid purchases the day after the sale but NOT beyond that.
