We hope this finds everyone healthy, safe and well. We are excited to present the next Crystal Clear Advisors estate sale for your viewing. Please read the below information carefully.
** We are NOT responsible if homeowner re-enters the home and removes any item(s) that might have initially appeared on the ad you have viewed. Although rare to happen, they reserve the right as homeowners to do so. Because of this, we ask that you view the ad frequently, and we apologize in advance if this ever affects you directly.
** CCA does NOT utilize a manual numbering system for entry into the home.
** At times, admittance into the home depending on the layout, will be somewhat limited to allow for crowd control.
** Windows and doors will be open as weather permits for extra ventilation.
** Sanitation stations will be available for hand washing only.
** PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE FOR USE OTHER THAN HAND WASHING.
** Cash and Credit Card Only - No checks are accepted. (A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card purchases.)
** Applicable Sales Tax will be added to all purchases
** Items sold As Is/No Refunds/No Returns/No Exchanges/No Exceptions. All Sales are Final
** Please inspect your items prior to purchase and prior to leaving the sale. **CCA never packs your items for you. This is your responsibility.**
** We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale, and there will be NO pre-sales or requests to hold items. First come/First served
** Please be prepared to move your own items the day of sale. CCA is unable to assist with moving any item(s). All items must be removed from the home preferably on the day the item was purchased. If not, you can arrange to pick up NO LATER THAN 1:00pm on Sunday. ~~Make sure you obtain a receipt for all purchases you plan to pick up. Again, we will not be able to assist with any moving of items. WE CAN PROVIDE NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF LOCAL MOVERS.

WE HAVE TWO SEPARATE SALES GOING ON TODAY! Be sure to visit both of them! Bring your friends and family out to this pop-up estate sale happening on Saturday. Have a fun day on this Saturday before Easter. You will not be disappointed, as this ol' beauty is packed full. It will be a blowout sale, as everything must go!! Over 40 years of treasured items. Furniture - Great MCM pieces, rocking chairs, wire diamond chairs, bedroom sets - chest of drawers, dressers, desks, recliners. Just some cool funky pieces sprinkled around this jewel. Lamps - MCM teardrop style lamp, MCM Oak with glass table top, and lower lighting at base is super cool, various adjustable arm desk lamps, as well as others throughout the home. Owner was an architect and some of his artwork is of the MCM style. There are some photos that he possibly shot of Falling Waters - the beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright home in PA, along with some interesting vintage Florida motels, homes, etc. Vintage Christmas decor and so much more.
