Safety & Security
• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
● Security cameras are monitored, and you will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting.

LOCATION: The address will be released one hour prior to start time on the first sale day. The nearest major intersection is Beaver Ruin Road and Burns Road NW in Lilburn. You are welcome to park there, the address to be released on the first morning of the sale.

PARKING: We want to be courteous to neighbors; please park only on the side of the street indicated by parking signs and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.

RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home. Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
