Please watch your step at all locations. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during our sales.
Our sales are first come first serve. Please be respectful to the neighbors and do not park in front of their driveways or mailboxes. The driveway of the home is reserved for merchandise pick up only. Do not allow your children to roam freely throughout the house or play with the toys. You will be asked to leave if your children are found to be disruptive. We also have security cameras in use.
We accept cash along with checks and credit cards with proper ID. We do not charge a service fee for using credit cards.
We are required by the state of GA to collect 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt.
As a courtesy to our patrons, we provide a place to store your treasures while you are shopping. This area is located near the checkout counter and is marked "Sold". Please do not remove items that other people have placed on the table. You would not want them to take your treasures!
All sales are final. While we do our very best to ensure the items are in working order for the sale, electrical outlets are available for you to test and make sure for yourself.
Please bring your own help, tie downs and trucks for loading your treasures. We CANNOT help loading large items or furniture. You must bring your own help. All items must be picked up no later than 3 pm the last day of the sale.
Bring your wagons, bags and walking shoes for this exciting sale. This sale is full of treasures of all sorts. Please make sure to be cautious when walking in the buildings and the grounds. Some of the ground is un-level and some of the buildings have a big first step. This is a 2 bd, 1 bath house with 3 out buildings, a pole barn, a metal carport, and a 2 car garage that is full. You are welcome to bring your carts or a wagon in order to cart your treasures around. We will also have bags and boxes available for you do use. We will continue to add pictures until 2 days before the sale. Some of the treasures include:
Bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, living room furniture, an antique twin size metal frame bed, small appliances, 2 washer and dryers, a "garage refrigerator", non working push mowers, a vintage non running snapper ride on mower, farming tractor implements, hand tools, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, tire rims, compressors, wheel barrows, antique plow, vintage car radios, lots of car or truck parts, yard tools, bikes, and so much more. Some items are available for pre-sale and are listed on the pictures. We hope to see you there.
