Please watch your step at all locations. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during our sales.
Our sales are first come first serve. Please be respectful to the neighbors and do not park in front of their driveways or mailboxes. The driveway of the home is reserved for merchandise pick up only. Do not allow your children to roam freely throughout the house or play with the toys. You will be asked to leave if your children are found to be disruptive. We also have security cameras in use.

We accept cash along with checks and credit cards with proper ID. We do not charge a service fee for using credit cards.
We are required by the state of GA to collect 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt.

As a courtesy to our patrons, we provide a place to store your treasures while you are shopping. This area is located near the checkout counter and is marked "Sold". Please do not remove items that other people have placed on the table. You would not want them to take your treasures!

All sales are final. While we do our very best to ensure the items are in working order for the sale, electrical outlets are available for you to test and make sure for yourself.

Please bring your own help, tie downs and trucks for loading your treasures. We CANNOT help loading large items or furniture. You must bring your own help. All items must be picked up no later than 3 pm the last day of the sale.
