2. We accept Cash or Credit ONLY at an additional 3% service charge (4% for Amex). Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.
3. We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone.
4. You MUST BRING HELP to move ANY items you purchase. We will not have staff available to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale. We can provide recommendations for moving services, which will be an additional cost to the buyer.
5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic.
6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the sales premises. Enter at your own discretion and risk.
