Prices are clearly listed, with flexibility on some items. Be prepared to make your BEST offer.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Square and Venmo only.
For higher-value items, payment must fully clear before the item may be removed from the property.

Furniture & Large Items:
Buyers must bring their own assistance, tools, and transportation for furniture and large items.
Staff will not be available to move or load items.
Pickup of large pieces may be scheduled after the sale, by arrangement.

Parking:
Please follow all posted estate sale parking signage.
Parking is permitted on one side of the street only. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood.

The estate is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss.

Breakage:
Please handle all items with care. In the event of accidental damage, we kindly ask that the item be purchased.
