All merchandise is sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL.
We accept cash for all purchases or Venmo for purchases over $75.
Estate sale workers as well as the homeowner are not responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind. You enter the property at your own risk, and by doing so, we have no liability for injury to you or damage to your items. Be aware of your surroundings and observe any signs.
You must provide your own labor. We will not be available to help in moving, loading, or delivering items during the sale.
Parking - please do not block driveways, mailboxes, roads, fire hydrants or impede the flow of traffic. The driveway is only for loading purchased items.
No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale.
All children must remain with a parent and always be supervised. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price sticker, sticker swapping or an item that may have been mispriced.
NO pets permitted, unless they are Service Animals.
No public restrooms available.
Bring bags/totes/boxes/wrapping for your items at checkout. We do not provide these. We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags prior to anyone exiting the sale.
Please respect the property. If you damage the homeowner’s property during the sale, you will be held financially responsible.
