* If you call during the hours of our estate sales, we may not answer our phones as we are busy helping customers, feel free to leave a message.
*You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD FURNITURE.
*NO large bags
*There are no public restrooms.
*All sales on site only, no presale, no shipping.
*Enter at your own risk. We are NOT responsible for any accidents you may have while attending this or any of our sales. You enter by your own choice.
* Please park on one side of the road to let traffic through. Be respectful of family and their neighbors and do not block driveway, mailboxes etc.
*On the 1st day, we give out numbers approximately 1 hour before the sale. Feel free to leave but be back at least 15 minutes before the doors open to
get in line or you may lose you place.
*We collect sales tax as required by the State of Georgia. Please bring a filled-out resale certificate if you are tax exempt. If you do not have your resale certificate with you,
we will charge you sales tax.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED USED, SO PLEASE CHECK THE ITEMS YOURSELF.
