*All sales are FINAL and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS allowed. It's up to you to thoroughly explore your item(s), plug it in, open, close, test it if possible, etc.
*We price to sell first day and throughout the length of the sale.
*You must arrange for the moving, loading and delivery of your items. You are responsible for any damages to the home and/or property that you may cause.
*For insurance purposes, staff members are not allowed to carry or load items for you.
*NO PRE-SALES unless OTHERWISE STATED. No prices are conveyed prior to the beginning on the first morning.
*All items must be removed prior to the end of sale.
*Please park only where designated. Please do not block driveways, streets, mailboxes or fire hydrants. The driveway of the residence is for loading of items only.
*Coordinate with a staff member prior to using driveway to load items.
*Cash and Company Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for accidents nor is the homeowner. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury to you or damage to your items. Be aware of your surroundings and observe all signs.
*We offer holding table/shelves when there is room to do so; however, we are not responsible for items that may be removed from the holding area while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the holding area as placing item(s) on the holding area is a commitment by you to buy item(s).
*We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price tag/sticker, tag/sticker swapping, or an item that may have been mispriced.
*You break it, you’ve bought it.
*You are responsible for any children you bring and any incurred damages. Children must remain with you at ALL times.
*No pets permitted.
*No public restrooms available.
*No food or drinks allowed in the sale.
*Please be respectful to other shoppers. Anyone involved in an altercation will be asked to leave.
*Bring bags/totes/boxes/wrapping for your items at checkout.
* We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags prior to anyone exiting the sale.
*We are not responsible for any parking tickets or auto accidents incurred in your parking and driving at, or anywhere near, the sale.
