• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
● Stealing is a crime. You will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting.

LOCATION: The address will be released on the day before the sale begins. The nearest major intersection is Hwy 141/Peachtree Pkwy and E Jones Bridge Rd in Peachtree Corners.

PARKING: We want to be courteous to neighbors; please park only on the side of the street indicated by parking signs and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.

Day 1 RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
