Description & Details
Bonn Auctions has worked hard to bring you a smorgasbord of collectible delights covering all manners and types of collectibles. Register now to participate in our first Fall auction of 2025 which is open for bidding until lots close on October 5, 2025.
Our auction star is a highlights film of the 1966 Masters Tournament played at the Augusta National Golf Club. This asset should have huge payoffs in the years ahead.
We also offer a small but select collection of Currier & Ives prints including the American Farm Scenes series, with all 4 prints present and in great condition. An important lot is A Race for Blood which shows what we believe is a new modeling parallax for head-on view of the racing steeds and jockeys. This oversized print is difficult to find.
Another wide world of sports lot is the framed collection of basketball gymnasium passes used by the 1996 USA Men's Olympics basketball team. Acquired from a Sensormatic Electronics Corporation executive who won it himself at a charity auction over two decades ago, it is presented again for your enjoyment, with super star Shaquille O'Neal leading the roster for post-games fame. This archive is only 1 of a few sports oriented lots we offer.
We would be remiss if we did not call out a classic black and white photograph uniting two greats from the mid 20th century - trail blazing photographer Ted Williams and jazz diva Sarah Vaughn. Don't miss out on this power combo of jazz and photography.
We can't stop without mention of two Massier masterpieces - please take a look at our vase by Clement Massier, and our large duck by Jerome Massier. They are ceramic show stoppers.
Finally, if you are looking to start or expand a Chinese jade collection, please visit our small carvings. We have 18th - 20th C. carvings for both novice and advanced collectors.
There is much more to regale but space is short, and we do not want to detain from exploring our lots.
