Bring help to load large items. Limited packing materials available during sale. No large bags or backpacks allowed in house. All items must be picked up prior to end of sale unless otherwise agreed.

Phase 1 will focus on the outside garden, garage, workshop, and home’s sunroom.
Antiques and early vintage pieces include: stoneware crocks, cast iron garden furniture and figurines, Japanese Ikebana vase, Staffordshire mantel dog pairs, wood keg, sewing table with machine, coal shuttles, enamelware, hobnail lamp shade, antique lap desk, glassware, silver, mason jars, and more.
Mid century to 70’s: baseball cards, hot wheels & matchbox,Smurf glass set, soda pop bottles, clutch purses, 50’s Mikuri wind up toy, Frankie Welch scarves.
Garden feature pieces: cast iron chairs & tables, numerous concrete statuary, metal armillary sphere, planters, potted plants in spring bloom, metal bottle tree, tools, tools, tools…
Sunroom furnishings include a sofa bed, chairs, vintage rocker, two hutches, books, shelves, side table, gorgeous Rowe Pottery pieces, rugs, and a large original Lee Reynolds oil painting.
Workshop finds include seasonal decor pieces, crafting greenery, mason jars, baskets, small tables, kitchenware, fans, and fascinating pieces.
