There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. We are not responsible for accidents!! Signs will be posted. If you break an item, you must buy it. We advise you to be careful and do not let your children run around and play with any of the items. Everything is sold "AS IS" and all sales are FINAL therefore you should test any items prior to making your purchases. AGAIN ..please be sure to bring YOUR OWN HELP to carry/load your purchases.

This is the estate of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dempsey. Mr. Dempsey graduated from Model High School and served in the U.S. Army. He was a weapons instructor, proudly serving during the Korean War and honorably discharged as a Corporal.

He was co-owner of Dempsey Dairies (1987), Dempsey Brother's Real Estate, Dempsey Brother's Insurance and President of Rome Truck Parts. He was a Board Member of the Georgia Dairy Association and a Charter Member of the Martha Berry Society.

Mr. Dempsey was a lifelong member of Second Avenue Baptist Church and served as a Deacon. He married his high school sweetheart, Myra, in 1956 and they were blessed with 65 years together.

The home will NOT be for sale and is staying in the family. It is however full of very nice furniture pieces, decor and normal household items.

2 King size beds, 1 full size bed, dressers, nightstands, large dining table, china cabinet, nice china sets, crystal, napkins and tablecloths, desks, Louis XV style furniture, area rugs, oriental vases and decor, artwork, many lamps, TV's, men and ladies clothing, Christmas items, jewelry and so much more!
