THE SALE IS BEING HELD IN THE HOUSE FURTHEST FROM THE ROAD, ON THE WATER.

**PARKING** CUSTOMERS MAY PARK ON THE PROPERTY. DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. DO NOT PARK ON THE CONCRETE PAD IN FRONT OF THE HOME'S GARAGE.

**PRE-SALE ITEMS AVAILABLE!  ITEMS IN PHOTOS WITH PRICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE*** For questions, please call or text- 912-844-2929.** Pre-sale items can be picked up during the week before the sale dales, on sale days after 1:00, or on Oct 12th. 

-Sign-in sheet will go out the morning of the sale at approximately 8:00;

--PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS AND DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES;

-The client will occasionally remove an item from the sale after the sale is posted. If this happens, we will remove the photo and edit the description, if possible. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control;

-We accept most debit/credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and ApplePay for forms of payments- Sorry, no checks - No bills larger than $20 accepted;

-BRING HELP TO LOAD ITEMS;

-All sales are final; no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties, implied or other;

-All items bought as is, where is-No backpacks, large purses or handbags allowed;

-Anyone coming onto the property hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bonaventure Estate Sales and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property occurring during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers and visitors are solely responsible for their own due diligence;
