-Sign-in sheet will go out the morning of the sale at approximately 8:00. The line manages itself;
-The client will occasionally remove an item from the sale after the sale is posted. If this happens, we will remove the photo and edit the description, if possible. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control;
-We accept most debit/credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and ApplePay for forms of payments- Sorry, no checks - No bills larger than $20 accepted;
-Debit and credit cards will incur a 3% surcharge;
-BRING HELP TO LOAD ITEMS;
-All sales are final; no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties, implied or other;
-All items bought as is, where is-No backpacks, large purses or handbags allowed;
-Anyone coming onto the property hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bonaventure Estate Sales and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property occurring during or after the sale and removal of the sold items.
