LOCATION: The address will be released on the day before the sale begins. The nearest major intersection is Peachtree Industrial Blvd & N Price Rd in Sugar Hill
PARKING: We want to be courteous to neighbors; please park only on the side of the street indicated by parking signs and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.
Day 1 RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.

HONDA PRELUDE INFORMATION
Information about the Car
- 2000 Honda Prelude
- The sunroof leaked, and mold grew inside. They have killed the mold, but it needs to be detailed.
- Running Engine: The owner actively drove it until Oct 2023. After that, her daughter would crank it every time she visited (every 2 or 3 months). More recently, she went longer without visiting, so the battery died. Aside from the battery, it should be in running condition.
- The odometer does not have a 100k digit and reads 22,358
How the Car Will Be Sold
- The title was lost, and our client provided the necessary sale request papers to her lawyer to file. Approval is expected approximately 30 days after this estate sale.
- This weekend, we will allow interested parties to look at the car and place bids.
- Once the sale request is approved, we will follow up with the bidders.
