We had a fantastic four day sale! However with mass quantities of merchandise we still have some really great items left! Wednesday is 75% off don't miss out last chance to load up! 

This fabulous sale is located on a busy two lane street. So no one can't park on either side of the street ( blocking traffic) & of course no parking or blocking driveways of other home owners. But there is plenty of parking throughout the neighborhood. If traffic is heavy-You can DROP OFF someone on the side of the house & park elsewhere. I love doing sales in this area of town; however I like to give everybody a "heads up" about the location. 

 This is an important sale with amazing hard to find unique antiques & collectibles. I can't believe the quality and quality of great merchandise that is packed into this two-story Cottage! 

We keep unearthing items that we've never seen! Items that deserve special attention. There is no "cookie cutter formula" for doing an estate sale. Each estate sale is as unique as a "fingerprint"  some estate sales can be done rather quickly. However there are those very few sales that go down in the memory books of my mind ...those special sales that you'll always remember...this is one of those sales!

This really is a one of a kind sale!  Antique dealers/serious collectors always "rat hole" & stash away the best stuff! In this case it definitely identifies as hoarding.. a word that I really don't like to use. However- very appropriate in this case....but it's really good hoarding/collecting!  Definitely a fun sale & a treasures hunt!! 

We will have a tent in the front yard for overflow of merchandise & a tent on the back porch for more overflow.

• Please bring boxes & paper. 
• Please bring help to load heavy merchandise. We're not spring chickens anymore. 
• We probably will not be able to help you wrap/or pack your purchased items; because of the limited space & to Dave time @ the check out.
• This sale will be crowded & as mentioned earlier parking is challenging because of the busy two-way street. However you can park on the side streets and pick up at the house for loading. 
•  you may also drop someone off and go park.
•  we have extended shopping hours hopefully to make some of these obstacles like parking easier.
