All sales Final. All items sold "as is", "where is". Payments accepted - Cash, and Cards. 5% fee added to cards. No checks.
Buyers are responsible for keeping up with their purchases, carrying them around, wrapping them, loading them, and carrying them to their vehicles.
Hold tables will be available and some wrapping paper and boxes, but will be limited, so plan accordingly.
Sorry we will not have extra help for loading any furniture, so bring adequate help and tools needed.

Space is limited inside the house, so the number of people allowed inside will be limited. However, while you wait there is a carport, garage,and an out building full of stuff for you to browse through.

Sorry no strollers or wheelchairs be allowed inside the house.
As always we love to see your children, but if you don't make them behave, we will!
