We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for all card purchases. We do not accept checks.
Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accpeted. Please test all items prior to purchasing.
We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served.
Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park.
All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for.

Come join us at an INCREDIBLE estate sale in Woodstock to kick off our May schedule. This three-day sale will be held May 2nd – 4th. Put this one on your calendar and circle it twice! Join us Friday morning at 9am when we kick-off this great sale. This sale features something for everyone and we cannot wait to see the treasures that you will find! Some of the highlights include:
Major Appliances include multiple side by side refrigerators from Frigidaire and LG (new). Kitchen appliances that include a KitchenAid mixer, Ninja Foodi air fryer / pressure cooker, two slice toaster, toaster oven, commercial citrus juicer, Belgian waffle maker, Breadman bread maker, De'Longhi Nespresso espresso coffee machine and more!
A great collection of Le Creuset Stoneware, Corning Ware, Pyrex and dishes by Portmeirion and Signature Ceramic. Lots of other everyday kitchen needs including serving utensils, serving trays, glasses, mugs and dishes. Vintage advertising collectible coffee mugs and glassware. For the dining room, there is sterling silver, silverplate, Crystal and China.
This home also features an impressive collection of Partylite candles in all shapes, sizes and scents. A jewelry table that has stylish earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets. Furniture at this sale includes a leather loveseat, several accent chairs, incredible glass side tables and a moving glass coffee table. Mirrors, table lamps, floor lamps and lots of original framed artwork, canvas artwork, stained glass art, framed prints and wall decor. For outdoor, we have multiple patio tables w/ chairs and also a wrought iron outdoor furniture set.
