🚗 Parking Instructions This sale is located in a senior community, and parking will be limited. Please follow these guidelines when visiting: Parking will be available in the cul-de-sac as you enter the neighborhood — simply drive straight back and you will see it. If you turn left toward the clubhouse, additional parking is available in that area. No parking is permitted on the street where the unit is located. The street by the unit will be used for loading purposes only, but it is just a short walk from the designated parking areas. Thank you for helping us keep the community clear and safe! Dates

~ 3% Surcharge is added to all credit purchases.
~ALL purchases subject to 6% tax.
~ All sales are final. Items are sold AS-IS , No Refunds Or Exchanges. Please ensure items meet your standards and are in working order before purchase.
~Friday: Items are priced as marked, 100%
~Saturday: Items are discounted by 20%. (Some items may be FIRM)
~Sunday: Items are discounted by 50%. (Some items may be FIRM)
*No Further Discounts*
~Bring help to load large items. Our team is not authorized to help with loading of large items, smaller items are at our discretion. We have a list of movers in the area buyers can contact for large items.
~We are Not responsible for any injury or illness while attending our sales.
*Assisting customers with the loading of an item is at the discretion of Powers Estate Sales.
*If Powers Estate Sales does assist, we are NOT liable for any injury or damage.
*We do NOT assist with disassembly or the moving/loading of large/heavy furniture/items or fragile items.
*You will need to come prepared with your own labor, tools, packing/wrapping materials, etc. for these items.
