Hi, thanks for viewing our sale. The following are some of our rules and regulations:
1. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. In other words, all sales are final.
2. We accept cash or credit. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.
3. We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item in which you are referring.
4. Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees may not be available to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale. We do have several companies we recommend that can help with moving and delivering your purchased items.
5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.
6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises where the sale is being held.
7. No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.
8. All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken from their children.
9. Due to Coronavirus risk, we are asking that all attendees to our sales wear/bring/provide their own protective clothing, face masks, hand sanitizer, etc. to help reduce any risk. We also enforce social distancing. We will additionally be taking our own measures at our sales to reduce the traffic flow during the sale to reduce any risk. We also will ask all those who are showing any signs associated with Coronavirus stay home quarantined. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please also consider calling our phone number once the sale begins to inquire more detail on specific items of interest as you may purchase with a credit/debit card and pickup before the sale is completed. We can provide you our recommended moving companies if required. You may also purchase or place a bid on items during posted days and times of our sale by calling our phone number (once the sale begins).

The Woodstock Estate sale. Everyone has been chatting about his back for round two!
IMPORTANT**
- NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY without explicit written consent granted by CES prior to the estate sale. PLEASE respect the homeowners wishes, you will be escorted out.
- Cash is preferred for a faster checkout experience. Internet coverage is not reliable.
- The home is under video surveillance. If you’re not okay with this, please do not come to the sale.
- if you are unwilling or unable to walk up and down stairs without assistance, please do not come.
- children, pets, strollers, wheelchairs, backpacks and handbags are not allowed. The space is VERY tight, and you are responsible for paying for any broken objects. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.
- Bring your own packing and boxes to leave at the holding area. We have some, but not nearly enough.
- entry will be limited to a certain number of patrons. We hate to do this, but there’s simply not enough space in the house for everyone to enter at once.
