You break it, it's yours at price marked. Do not move items unless you are buying item, all items are inventoried. We can not guarantee items placed in the hold area, but we ask each customer not to shop the hold area. Paid receipt needed to exit property with your new treasures.
No public restrooms available. Clients reserves the right to remove items from sale before the start of sale. Bids maybe taken on certain items. Terms will be onsite. Clients reserves right to refuses one or all bids.
Onsite parking. Obey traffic laws, don't block neighbor's driveways. Do not park in driveway unless loading large items with permission of staff on site.
Numbers given out at 8 AM Sunday on first come first serve and will be attached to sign near at the driveway. Each person needs a number. This is to keep it fair for order of arrival and to keep people from having to stand in line prior to start. If numbers are not out prior to your arrival please use common curiosity as to first arrival gets first number not first in line in this case. One person per number, all others will follow after the ones with numbers. Shoe covers maybe required and will be provided. Prices are not given out prior to the start of the sale. Shipping is available.
