Terms and Conditions:
~This is a two day sale with items being full price on Saturday and most items at 50% off on Sunday.
~Numbers will be given out about an hour prior to start time.
~Because of space limitations we will be limiting the number of customers entering the house.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & checks from known parties with the proper ID. Sorry, no credit cards.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park in front of their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
~All items are sold as is with no refunds.

Artifacts is extremely honored to be doing the sale for the estate of Marlin Ingalls. Being an historian, Marlin filled his home with a lovely collection of antique art and furniture befitting an historic home.

FURNITURE

Antiques galore! Cupboards, sideboard, dressers, drop-leaf tables, settees, chairs, side tables, rugs, trunks and lawn furniture.

ART

All original art! Two Remington bronze sculptures, Japanese woodblock prints, antique oil paintings, prints and many paintings by Marlin himself. Stop back for updates and descriptions.
