Hello estate sale lovers. This is truly a sale for you. We are thrilled to represent this house that is packed with so much stuff. It is a treasure trove.
It has a more than incredible collection of from Art Deco through the fifties of Fiesta Ware. Every conceivable shape and size and color. Also lots of older Homer Laughlin Kitchen Kraft in many patterns and forms. Beautiful set of Red Wing Lotus dishes as well as stainless servers. Large cookbook collection. A beechwood round pedestal table with four rush seat chairs.
Next step out into the sunroom that is filled with an original 1936 Heywood Wakefield bamboo set. It is comprised of two loveseats, a round coffee table, pretzel armchair with ottoman, chair and several two-tier tables. Original 1936 fabric cushions included with set. Authentic Heywood Wakefield upholstery currently on cushions. I have all the original receipts for the set.
The Fiesta ware continues into enormous displays in the dining room. They share space with a lovely Amana maple dining table with 5 leaves plus six chairs with black leather seats. We also have a Ferson Bros mid-century scenic folding table. Also a very hard to find etching "Morning Mist" by master etch artist Felix Bracquemond.
Next step into our living room. In addition to our couch and loveseat we have a 9x12 foot green Tufenkian wool rug with floating earth design. Also an antique Sheraton two drawer table. an antique carved stone Guanyin Goddess lamp with embossed base. Also an ornate glass table with a terracotta base, square and round glass base side tables, two nice rattan chairs, a pre-1900 pyrography cover chest with lid. A table willed with amazing forms of mostly vintage Red Wing pottery. Some unique tall candleholders and an onyx vessel. Above the mantle is displayed another listed artist oil painting. An original Edmund Blampied oil on board and dated 1924. Some additional antique etchings and two antique Gregorian antiphonal illuminated manuscripts. An Art Deco table lamp and a torchiere floor lamp We also have a tuned Mid-century walnut Yamaha upright piano. Also, a vintage teak curved media center.
The entry has handsome Eastlake style marble topped dresser and mirror. Flanking the wall next to it is our second listed artist oil on board painting. The artist is Henry Ward Ranger.
Down the hall with more pottery and art. A closet filled with first display of linens. Much more to come. To the right is our main bedroom filled with Stickley furniture. Includes a Mission style cabinet, a Harvey Ellis for Stickley single dresser, a Mission style rocking chair, a pair of Stickley one drawer nightstands, Mission style lamps and three Arts and Craft style Anita Munman gouache and India ink watercolors. The Mission style cabinet is filled with a collection of ceramic precious dogs.
Across from the master bedroom is the office. It has two fabulous vintage black leather chairs with ottomans from NY Store Work Bench NY and a very nice teak desk. The shelves are filled with an eclectic mixture of whimsical items. Great framed photos on the walls.
Downstairs enter a room filled with an enormous array of items. We have a very high-end brown leather sofa couch, MCM tubular chrome sling chairs, set of 3 "picnic table" style end tables and coffee table. We have a 19th Century walnut pump organ and seat. 60's and 70's games and a large amount of vintage Fischer Price toys. A large collection of Folktails hand puppets, a child's wooden rocker, a Gemienhart flute, Martin & Co dulcimer, a unique MCM black wire plant stand, kids' books and a TV and sound system items.
Next room is filled with wonderful vintage unusual blankets, vintage clean farm tablecloths, lots of bed linens, two director chairs, great vintage toys and trinkets and an aluminum Xmas tree with color wheel.
Step across to my challenge, the basement. It is filled with so much stuff. Vintage lamps and shades, lots of kitchen ware, more Fiesta and Homer Laughlin, a collection of Roseville vases, a Victorian swing arm multi pot stand, older pots, frames, rare paper mache holiday items and more misc holiday including Christmas trees. Electronics and projectors. Antique wooden tables and cabinet. Fabulous rolling chairs. We also have an AFG elliptical trainer, a 24 cubic feet Maytag side by side refrigerator and a Hoover heated carpet cleaner. We have a large Don Hatfield "Wildflowers" serigraph from 1991 273/300. We also have a Victorian bird cage.
We have an upper deck that has a set of four chairs with covers metal mesh with hairpin legs side tables and another chair. All with covers.
The outside from the downstairs has a John Deere D110 with cart. Sold as is since it needs a new starter. It has a 42"deck and a 19-horse engine. Vintage bent metal chairs and side tables. Planters and pots and crocks, wheel barrels, vintage tin watering cans, a metal cart and more.
Our garage is filled with a bond saw, and lots of stuff to fill a wood working "shop". Lots of vices, supplies, battery powered drills, hand saws, metal clamps, hammers and misc tools and chests, electrical, quality camp chairs and two classic trunks. I am not a garage expert but lots of photos will be added of the garage.
