All sales final. We accept cash and all major credit cards. No checks, please. Idaho sales tax collected on all sales. All of our inventory is used and therefore everything is sold as-is, where is. Prices/inventory subject to change. We make no refunds, guarantees or exchanges. Inventory purchased and left on site is left at your own risk. Estate Sales & More is not responsible for property after you have purchased it. Buyers are responsible for pick up and loading. Any purchases not picked up on or before the close of our sale or as prearranged will be returned to the owner or resold and no refunds can be issued. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries onsite, so please exercise caution. Street parking only, except for loading. Whetheryou’re a seasoned adventurer or a collector of the extraordinary, this sale has something for everyone.This homes space is bountiful the main floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs, main living space, kitchen, utility room, canning room, office and then a complete full basement with a bathroom and a huge storage room. We then go to the big back yard with a full garage then when you think your done there is a complete shop with several out-builds and antique vehicles. we are opening up this sale to the public, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday by appointment Only! Friday and Saturday No appointment will be needed and No Numbers will be handed out. We may limit the amount of people inside the home. No front packs, backpacks, bags or boxes are needed for you to bring at this sale as our staff will put your items in a holding area with your name on your treasures. Also please remember some items might not be available on Tuesday as my clients family will come in Monday evening and then Friday and Saturday if they have already sold during the week.
