### Inveterate Auctions Terms and Conditions
By participating in any auction with Inveterate Auctions, you agree to these terms:
1. **Registration**: Bidders must register with accurate personal and payment details. We can refuse anyone at our discretion.
2. **Bidding**: All bids are final. The highest bidder wins and pays the bid price plus a 15% Buyer?s Premium and any taxes.
3. **Payment**: Full payment is due within 3 days of the auction via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Items stay ours until paid.
4. **Items**: Items are sold "as is." We describe them as best we can, but there?s no guarantee. Inspect before bidding.
5. **Pickup**: Buyers must collect items within 7 days or arrange shipping at their cost. Late pickup may mean extra fees.
6. **Sellers**: Sellers are paid within 30 days of the sale, minus a 15% commission, if the buyer pays.
7. **Cancellations**: We can pull items or cancel sales if payment fails. Buyers may owe the difference if we resell.
8. **Liability**: We?re not liable for item damage, description mistakes, or auction losses.
9. **Disputes**: Issues follow insert Idaho/United States law.

This collection of Alberto Vargas prints comes from a store called "The Pin-up Shop that originated in Las Vegas in the 1980's and the prints were produced by the Vargas Estate and signed by Alberto Vargas Shortly before he passed away in 1982.The store was open between 1979 and 1984 and when the store closed these prints were purchased in bulk. Some of the prints in this auction have never been seen or sold to anyone and are exclusive to this auction and will never be available again.
